Photography Service Prices
My approach is to offer a service that captures the
images of your celebration and provides your images within the basic
price you pay. How those
images are presented is, of course your choice. Additional services are competitively priced. All the
images I take are available to you so that you can then
decide upon the balance of cost and service best for you.
I'm sure you will want to meet and discuss your plans before making the
decision to ask me to photograph your wedding or celebration or event.
This is essential. Equally I must be sure

The package price includes publication of
internet albums, a digital preview book with high quality images showing
the photographs from your occasion and a disc of those images tailored
for display on computer. A DVD of high resolution i.e. printable
images can be made available usually priced similarly to additional preview albums.
You may wish to add requirements for
a tailored wedding album, mini-albums, thank you cards, personalised art, canvas and
poster prints and so on at additional cost.

So if your vision is the story of your day in pictures starting with
preparations and ending with the evening celebration I will attend
taking photographs throughout that time.
Within Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire a full day shoot is £950 and a half-day £600 inclusive. Of this fee £100 is paid at
the time you confirm your booking and the balance a month
before the event itself. And if you live locally or marry within my extended locality I may offer you a significant reduction in charges – please ask.
You may have planned a celebration which for example includes a
registry office ceremony followed by a reception. If so you may want
photographs taken covering a shorter period of celebration of around 3
to 4hours.
This is priced at £600. Of this fee £100 is paid at
the time you confirm your booking and the balance a month
before the ceremony.
Travel. If your event is at venues more than two hours drive away
reasonable accommodation costs for the night prior to your celebration
will be
added to the basic price. This is to ensure I'm fully prepared for a
full day shooting.
Destination events assume at least a full day shooting outside
England. These are
priced from £1300 plus reasonable costs for travel and
accommodation.
Additional shooting time such as on the day prior may be
chargeable. I expect to be at the destination a full day ahead of the
ceremony for a "walk through" of the event and to meet your planner if
you've engaged one. A price including reasonable travel and
accommodation costs will be
quoted. Such costs are reduced the earlier bookings are made. The costs
of travel and accommodation are paid with the £100 booking fee.
I may be accompanied at the shoot by an assistant. If so this will not
incur any additonal costs for you.
